'Luxurious Exhilaration' - Stunning hand selected ivory leather is extensively used throughout the passenger cabin of the XKR and complimented with mirror-matched Burr Walnut veneer and unmarked deep pile carpets with R Performance luxury overmats, pure elegance. Sports perforated 12 way electric memory seats have a firm but comfortable feel, the side bolsters give an extra feeling of security and that your driving something very special.
All gauges and switches work as they were intended. The R specification convertible comes complete with many key features such as heated front screen, automatic climate control, wood / leather rim multifunction steering wheel, R leather gear knob, rain sensitive wipers, Jaguar Alpine premium sound system, satellite navigation system, 6-Disc CD autochanger... The list goes on and on, pure luxury.
Exterior
'A Unique Appeal' - Finished in factory Pacific Blue Metallic the paintwork has a brilliant uniformed deep shine throughout. All original panels are perfectly straight, totally rust free and gaps as per it left the factory. All original lights front and rear are in exceptional order with uniformed colour and a silky polished finish. The electric hood operates at the touch of a button swiftly, quietly and smoothly the rear windows glide out of sight. There's no evidence of wear it retains an even deep navy finish as does the Factory supplied ivory tonneau cover.
Exterior features include: Automatic headlights, body coloured boot plinth, high level stop light, Bi-Xenon headlights, electric adjustable and heated folding mirrors, rain sensing wipers with power wash, reverse park control... Wonderful.
Wheels, Tyres & Brakes
The original Jaguar Hydra 18-inch lattice wheels with R Performance centre caps are unmarked and shod with excellent all matching Pirelli P-Zero tyres, a recent 4 wheel alignment has just been carried out.
Brembo brakes, 4-piston with silver painted callipers and Jaguar R Performance logo. New Brembo front brakes discs and pads have been fitted just a few hundred miles ago.
Engine & Transmission
'The Balance Of Power' 4.2-litre V8 Supercharged engine, 400 BHP, performs effortlessly whatever the pace, the silky smooth 6-speed automatic gearbox shifts exactly as it should. Power is usable, linear and smooth, hot or cold starting is instant and no problem. There are no adverse rattles, untoward noises or evidence of fluid leaks. The engine bay is exceptionally clean and detailed. Driving this Big Cat is simply a joy with a top speed limited to 155 MPH, 0-60 in 5.3 seconds and extra urban 30.7 mpg it's a Grand Touring masterpiece.

Here we have an opportunity to own a very desirable Jaguar XKR Convertible 4.2 V8 in the best colour combination of Pacific Blue Metallic coachwork and ivory leather. Registered new on the 30th August 2004 by Stratstone of Mayfair, London and sold to its first keeper Mr P. Johnston. The XKR has had only a further 5 keepers who have all clearly loved and cherished her.
The history file contains the original 2 Jaguar keys, Jaguar document folder with all official owner handbooks, a comprehensive stamped Official Jaguar Service record to 43430 miles and specialist servicing thereafter, original XKR sales brochure, past mot certificates, receipts and invoices for thousands of pounds worth of servicing and maintenance. This documentation also proves the genuine low mileage.
Recent servicing expenditure of circa £2000 has been spent and only 650 miles covered since bringing this XKR into top condition. Work includes, new front brake system, full bumper to bumper major service with all fluids changed plus many replacement wear and tear parts renewed.
