This 420R has perfect panels and excellent paintwork as you can see from the pictures, yes painted not wrapped in Porsche Grand Prix White with Martini striping. New front and rear wings, new front nose and mesh, Bilstein suspension... Looks stunning
Wheels, Tyres & Brakes
Fitted with excellent Apollo light weight race wheels, diamond cut with gloss black centres, 6x13 front and 8x13 rear with excellent Avon ZZR tyres.
Also supplied with a second set of original gunmetal grey race wheels again fitted with very good Avon ZZR tyres.
The AP Brakes and disks are excellent all round and using Castrol SRF brake fluid which has just been changed.
Engine & Transmission
Fitted with the standard (sealed) Ford Duratec 2.0L 210 BHP engine which is excellent, benefitting from regular oil changes and servicing from full Team support. The Sadev Sequential Gearbox is excellent and smooth as is the clutch... Its read to race.
Summary
This 420R has been fully Team ran from new in 2015 so no expense spared when it comes to servicing and keeping in race ready condition. The car has done very little since 2017 and only been race for a couple of meetings during 2018 and unused during 2019.
The car is ready to go with all new fluids / oils etc and race prepared. This 420R can enter directly into the Caterham 420R Championship with no modifications, plus other racing formats or be used as a great track day weapon.
Caterhams are great fun to race or enjoy as a track day car. There simple in construction and parts sensibly priced with everything immediately available from Caterham direct.
