Interior & Equipment
Kept entirely as BMW designed it. This Sport Edition Roadster was crafted beautifully with BMW Sports Seats, M Sports Steering Wheel, and Aluminium finished centre console.
The “Extended Leather” option has a unique Blue & Black Leather combination across the dashboard, door cards and centre console. The BMW heated Sports Seats are finished in Chameleon Leather, supporting firm bolsters and electrically adjusted positioning to accommodate every driver.
The original carpets are excellent throughout, as are the factory BMW original Velour floor mats. The spotless interior reflects clear signs of dedicated and long-term care. The unmarked boot area houses the unused tool kit, optional wind deflector and a hard top storage cover.
Exterior
Finished in the BMW optional paint colour Topaz Blue Metallic (Code 364). The paintwork has a brilliant deep shine throughout and stunning throughout as you would expect from such a low mileage car. All original factory paintwork, panels are perfectly straight, totally rust free and gaps as per it left the factory.
Fitted with the optional Chrome Line Exterior, this includes the Windscreen Surround, Kidney Grill Surround, Door Handles, Rear Brake Light Cover, and side vent meshes.
All original exterior lighting is in exceptional order throughout with uniform colour and a silky, polished, crystal clear finish. The original soft top is unmarked with no faded creases and retains a deep black colour with an excellent factory tinted rear screen, retracts in seconds ready for open-top enjoyment.
The rare body-coloured factory hard top is completely unmarked and easy to install, a £1,395 option when new 24 years ago, which gives the Z3 a stunning alternative finish.
This exceptional wide-bodied Z3 fully embodies its special-edition status and had always been garaged by its previous fastidious keeper of 22 years.
Wheels, Tyres & Brakes
WHEELS - Filling the wide-body arches are a set of outstanding optional 17-inch BMW Style 42 split-rim alloys, the BBS RS740 type. Fitted all-round with premium brand tyres, 225/45 R17 Front and 245/40 R17 at the rear which are brand new Uniroyal Rainsport 5.
BRAKES - Stopping power is provided swiftly and controllably by BMW's anti-lock (ABS) all-disc set up, 300mm front and 280mm rear solid discs.
Engine & Transmission
The proven silky-smooth 2.2 litre in-line 6 cylinder M54B22 engine produces 170 BHP and 210 Nm of Torque at 3500 rpm. With its power driven through the rear wheels, this Z3 can achieve a top speed of 139 mph.
The 5 Speed Manual Getrag 250 transmission selects gears with ease, and the clutch is light and precise in operation. The combination of balanced handling and seamless power delivery encourages driving in a variety of styles.
The engine and engine bay are fully detailed to show standard and display all of the original factory decals.

This rare Z3 has only had 2 previous owners who clearly loved and cherished her. The last owner for over 22 years always kept her garaged, only coming out on sunny dry days and special occasions.
The history file contains the original 2 x BMW keys, Original Master Key, BMW leather wallet with all the handbooks, passed MOT certificates, 12 old tax discs, and some BMW main dealer and specialist service stamps.
Sadly, this BMW came to us from a local deceased estate. The family advise that this car was the gentleman's pride and joy and it's clear to see. Although the MOT's, and taxing of the Z were religiously done every year, as we have records of this, much of the servicing receipts could not be located, the car only came with the leather book pack in the glovebox and logbook.
