Steering - Upgraded Quick steering rack combined with fully adjustable EZ electric power steering. The weight of the power steering is simply adjusted using the dial next to the steering wheel.
Suspension - Upgraded Suplex SSL front suspension, SSL 5 link adjustable coil spring rear suspension with Spax adjustable dampers all round.
The car has been fully set up by noted Techniques Morgans, Shropshire, corner weighted and front camber. This specialist work has totally transformed the handling and drivability of the car.
Engine & Transmission
Lift the gullwing bonnet and you will find Ford's Duratec all aluminium, 4-cam, 24-valve normally asperated 3.0 litre V6 engine producing as standard 223bhp, 280nm torque, 0-60mph in just 4.9 seconds and mated to a Ford 6-speed manual gearbox.
Performance upgrades include a Mulfab alloy radiator, Mulfab modified sump for extra ground clearance, alloy header tank and glorious sounding full Librands stainless steel exhaust system with interchangable tail pipes for sport or touring.
On the road she cannot fail to impress, weighing in at 940kg,razor sharp handling courtious of the upgraded quick rack and EZ fully adjustable electric power steering, and full geometery set up for more spirited driving but comfortable enough for European tours which the previous custodian regulary did.
