This R300 has perfect unmarked panels and a first class satin & gloss black wrap as you can see from the pictures. New front and rear wings, new front nose and mesh, painted rollcage, Bilstein suspension... Looks stunning
Wheels, Tyres & Brakes
Fitted with excellent 8 spoke race wheels, 6x13 front and 8x13 rear with excellent Avon ZZR tyres.
Also supplied with a second set of original gunmetal grey race wheels again fitted with very good Avon ZZR tyres.
The AP Brakes and disks are excellent all round and using Castrol SRF brake fluid which has just been changed.
Engine & Transmission
Fitted with the standard (Caterham sealed) Ford Duratec 2.0L engine which is excellent, benefitting from regular oil changes and servicing from full Team support. The 6 speed manual gearbox is slick and smooth, the clutch light and progressive... Its ready to race.
Summary
This one owner R300 was a Caterham Factory build and has been Team ran from new in 2012 so no expense spared when it came to servicing and keeping in race ready condition. The car was only raced at six events of the 2013 Caterham Championship and has only done a handful of track days in the last 8 years.
The car is outstanding throughout its like brand new, ready to go with all new fluids / oils, battery etc and race prepared. This R300 can be entered into various racing formats, hill climbs or be used as a great track day car. The tonneau can be removed and the supplied spare tillet seat and 4 point harnesses fitted to take passangers.
