MGA 1500 Coupe

Summary

This is a stunning UK home market 1500 MGA Coupe.  Built 19-20 August 1957 and left the factory 23rd August 1957.

The comprehensive history file has many invoices, receipts, old tax discs and MOT certificates dating back to the early 1980's. There's copy ownership records including one of the original buff log book which interestingly states that this MGA was not in fact registered with the authorities until 17th July 1969 and then to the first owner Mr John Jordan, Manor Garage, Sandy, Bedfordshire on 18th August 1969.  The interesting originally issued registration mark SYT 356 is still present today.

This MGA was once owned by the late Brian Moylan from 24th February 1985 to 31st May 2014 some 29 years who famously worked in BMC's Competition Department during the 1950/60s.  There are ownership records, receipts and Heritage Certificate in his name plus a lovely magazine article dated September 2013 picturing him with the car which documents his time and experiences with the team from this time.

This is an excellent opportunity to own a stunning UK supplied MGA Coupe with an interesting ownership. Complete with a fully documented restoration from the ground up during 2017/18 and USB containing 100 plus HD images of the car before, during and after restoration. A mere 600 miles has been covered since restoration. Needless to say this MGA Coupe is in exceptional order and just needs to be seen.

Along with brilliant parts availability, owner's club support and mechanical simplicity offer worry free classic car motoring allowing the new owner to concentrate solely on enjoyment.

A Fresh 12 month MOT will be issued up on sale and of course the MGA is HPI Clear.

If you're looking for an MGA then this one is not to be missed its a true gem.
