The cockpit of this C4S is simply amazing, consisting of optional extras such as Carbon Pack, Bose Surround Sound System, navigation module for PCM, telephone module, carbon full centre console,
and cruise control. The spotless leather interior is remarkable, as you would expect from such a low mileage example. The sumptuous £1879 optional Stone Grey leather shows no signs of adverse wear or discolouration, the driver and passenger comfort electric multi way heated seats operate perfectly. The original grey carpets (colour code B10) are unmarked and as new throughout as are the optional Factory luxury Porsche Logo overmats. The optional Three-spoke multi-function smooth leather steering wheel is unmarked and as new. Finished in factory Atlas Grey Metallic, (colour code E7), and has a brilliant uniformed deep mirror shine throughout. All original panels are perfectly straight and gaps as per it left the factory, the bonnet still retains the original production paper sticker on the inside. All original lights front and rear are in exceptional order with uniformed colour and a silky polished finish. The teardrop mirrors are unmarked and all original factory glass with optional top tint windscreen are perfect. Wheels, Tyres & Brakes
Equipped with optional unmarked Porsche 19 inch SportDesign wheels and coloured wheel centre caps. Shod with all matching excellent factory specification Michelin Pilot Sport tyres. The Race-bred four-piston fixed monobloc calipers, brake discs and pads are in perfect order.
Engine & Transmission
The engine bay is as new as you would expect from such a low mileage car.
With a displacement of 3.8 litres in the S model only, this became the largest flat engine in a series-production 911 thus far.
With a 0-60 in just 4.5 sec, top speed of 185 mph from the normally aspirated 3.8 flat 6 cylinder engine and that glorious note through the optional sports exhaust you cannot fail to smile.
The clutch is light and smooth in operation, the rare short shift manual six-speed gearbox selects with ease through every gear. Combined with the Porsche PASM driving is pure pleasure.
Summary
Here we have a chance to own a very rare manual one previous owner 19k miles Carrera 4S Convertible. Registered new on the 4th January 2007 by Sutton Coldfield Official Porsche Centre at a cost of £86,756 including £10,691 worth of factory options.
The history file contains the original 2 Porsche keys the spare having never been used and Porsche Leather Bound folder with all official handbooks. Other documents include original order form, original bill of sale, past MOT's, Service invoices and a Porsche UK Vehicle Identification Specification Sheet.
This C4S had not been used from 2011 to 2020 it had been stored in a heated garage as part of a private car collection, periodic starting and running up to temperature was carried out during this time.
